YOUR AI WORK OPERATOR
Your inbox, calendar, and documents hold the context. Yevr brings it together, helps you see what needs attention, and gives you a place to think it through.
Early access · Controlled availability · Read-only Google connection
MANY SOURCES. ONE WORKSPACE.
01 / THE WORKSPACE
Your day, relevant sources, and an ongoing conversation. Together in one connected work interface.

An illustrative preview based on Yevr’s Today, connection, and conversation surfaces. Examples are fictional, not live account data.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
Stop starting from a blank prompt. Start with the work already in front of you.
Connect supported work tools with your permission. The private beta starts with read-only Google Workspace access.
Yevr retrieves bounded, relevant context and keeps conversation state, so you can build on what you’ve already discussed.
See what may need attention. Ask questions. Reason through next steps. Connecting a tool does not authorize Yevr to act.
03 / TODAY & NEEDS ATTENTION
A meeting coming up. A message that needs a decision. A document with the missing detail. Yevr can retrieve relevant context and help you make sense of your day.
A useful starting point, with visible sources—not a promise that everything has been found.
“What do I have to do today?”
“What needs my attention?”
“What am I doing today?”

Read access is deliberate. Yevr can retrieve supported context; it cannot send email or edit your calendar or files.
Relevant messages and threads.
Events and meeting context.
Relevant files and documents.
Supported reads are bounded, not unrestricted access or exhaustive monitoring. Google Workspace availability is limited during private beta.
05 / YOUR WORK. YOUR AUTHORITY.
An AI suggestion is not permission.
That distinction is built
into Yevr.
A message or document is evidence to reason about. It cannot grant Yevr permission to take action.
Yevr’s action architecture separates permissions and approvals. Higher-risk actions can require explicit approval. Google writes are not available in this beta.
Source context, verification, and audit records are part of the architecture, so a proposed action and its result can be examined.
LOOKING AHEAD More controlled actions are a future direction. Today’s Google connection stays read-only.
06 / THINK OUT LOUD
Talk through your work by voice where supported. Spoken requests follow the same permission boundaries as typed ones.
Voice currently requires a supported local setup. Hosted voice is not available in this beta.
07 / BEYOND THE BLANK PROMPT
Why use Yevr instead of opening another AI chatbot?
WHEN YOU START WITH AN EMPTY CHAT
“First, let me explain
what’s going on…”
WHEN YOU START WITH YEVR
“Let’s pick up
from here.”
Reasoning grounded in your work, with defined boundaries for action.

PRIVATE BETA / EARLY ACCESS
Be part of Yevr’s early chapter. Access is controlled while we harden the Google integration and product reliability.
Continue to Private BetaOpens the Yevr app sign-in. An approved beta account is required; this is not a waitlist or automatic access.
Google verification is still in progress. Workspace connection is limited to approved beta users and is read-only. Access is not available to everyone yet.
